Face to face or phone sessions can be very meaningful experiences and are essential in helping you develop insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
If you are in NYC and are able to meet in person we can meet for weekly, biweekly or monthly 45 minute sessions. If you are in a different location, we can have phone or Skype sessions and an email exchange (optional) in between to monitor progress. During individual sessions we will focus on understanding your presenting problem, underlying causes, the skills and self-awareness tools to help you achieve your goals.
